We had very little knowledge of the neighbourhoods of Vancouver when we decided to make the move, but it only took a few conversations with Geoff for him to help us narrow the criteria and refine our search. His online tools were easy to use and quite helpful. When we travelled out to preview houses, Geoff was amazingly organized as we moved through seeing almost 30 homes in only a few days. In the end, we found a house, performed an inspection, negotiated an offer and secured the home with a deposit in one quick reconnaissance trip. The house we bought was so ideal for our family – the neighbourhood, schools and community was perfect. We couldn’t speak more highly of Geoff and the real estate services he provided in our move from Ottawa to Vancouver.
